It’s important for citizens to appreciate and participate in their governments—especially at the local level. Local government has a significant influence on our daily lives. The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to bring a message of citizenship to a countywide audience of local citizens. We believe that our county will be stronger and more effective if citizens step up and take part in their government business.

Patty is a long time educator, principal, and administrator in the Jackson County and Holmes County school systems. She also served 18 years on the City Council in Graceville, including 4 terms as Mayor.
