It’s important for citizens to appreciate and participate in their governments—especially at the local level. Local government has a significant influence on our daily lives. The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to bring a message of citizenship to a countywide audience of local citizens. We believe that our county will be stronger and more effective if citizens step up and take part in their government business.
Don’t miss this opportunity to assemble, enjoy a free lunch with your fellow citizens, and hear Kenny Griffin discuss the importance of effective local citizenship. Kenny is a current member of the Jackson County School Board and serves as Business Services Coordinator for the Chipola Regional Workforce Board.
