 Meets 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of each month

in the Hudnall Medical Building Community Room, 4230 Hospital Drive, Marianna, FL 32446.

All heart failure patients and/or their caregivers are invited. No cost to attend, Heart Healthy refreshments provided.
