    The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce and CenterWell Home Health would like to announce an Open House on Thursday, September 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 10:00 a.m. to celebrate their brand transformation from Kindred At Home to CenterWell Home Health located at 2491 Commercial Park Drive in Marianna.

    CenterWell Home Health remains committed to putting you at the center of everything we do. You can expect the same personalized, in-home care dedicated to helping you maintain your independence. From our hearts to your home, we're grateful to be walking alongside you towards better health.
