Our Mission: The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce is the champion for a successful business climate and a catalyst for a robust economy in our region.
The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce has hired Tiffany Wilson Garling as its new administrator. She will start the job officially on Oct. 10, and will be welcomed aboard publicly at the organization’s annual membership meeting to be held at 4 p.m. on Nov. 9 at the Russ House. Garling brings several years of Chamber experience with her as she takes on the new job.
“We are very excited about Tiffany's ability to lead our Chamber to the next level, building on a very solid base,” said Chamber Chairman Shareta Wright-Green. “She has been involved in the Chamber for many years as a Chamber Ambassador, volunteer and more recently a member of the Jackson County Young Professionals Organization and her impact has been immense. She comes to us with bachelor's degree in project management and an MBA pursuit. Besides her association with the Chamber she has had significant experience in the business world as a business development analyst with Panhandle Engineering and Construction Services. She has the support of our board, our Chamber members, legislative and municipal leaders and the local business community. Tiffany impressed the selection committee with her enthusiasm and insightful observations on ways to continue to improve our ability to serve…our Chamber members.”
